Question for the Coach:
how do you tie a whip tie for a peep sight?
Coach's Answer:
If you are not familiar with serving techniques, you can use half hitches. Use nylon serving. Complete one half hitch (the start of your shoe laces) on one side and then the other moving away from the peep. Make sure the peep is marked. Pull them tight. As you get about 1/4" of them, push it toward the peep leaving about 1/2" from it. Make sure it holds there as you continue tying half hitches for about 3/4". Repeat on the opposite side of the peep making
sure it is still in the right spot.
